Teachers during displacement

During displacement, I faced major challenges that affected both my personal life and my work as a teacher. Instability and poor internet connection made learning difficult for children, many of whom struggled with fear, anxiety, and a loss of security. They needed not only education but also comfort.

Thanks to the support of the BTF6 project, I was able to continue my educational mission and offer children both academic learning and emotional support. The encouragement and appreciation we received motivated us to persevere despite the challenges.

One memory that stays with me is a little girl who drew her old home and said, “I miss it so much and hope to return one day.” Another child told me, “Having you here with us makes us forget our fear and brings us joy.” Those words continue to inspire me every day.
