Teachers during displacement
June 2026
While carrying a child in my womb, I also carried a mission to bring hope to my students. I refused to let displacement and hardship extinguish my passion for teaching, continuing to record lessons despite fear, exhaustion, and instability. I believed that in times of crisis, children need not only education but also reassurance and hope.
The students’ enthusiasm and the heartfelt messages from parents gave me the strength to continue. The “Back to the Future 6” helped me carry on my educational mission and reminded me that others believed in the hope we are creating.
This experience taught me that motherhood and giving share the same essence. They both bring life, warmth, and light, even in the most difficult times.
