LESSONS LEARNED WORKSHOP

On April 28, Terre des Hommes Italy conducted a “Case Management” workshop for caseworkers, case management officers, and child protection coordinators, along with program and partner staff of the “Back to the Future 5” project.

The objective of the workshop was to exchange practices across partner organizations, learn from challenges, and build on lessons to ensure a continued, high-quality child protection response in the new phase of the project.

Later, on April 30, AVSI and Terre des Hommes Italy co-facilitated a “Lessons Learned” session to share enriching experiences and reflect on the good practices and challenges of the project. Program team members had the opportunity to share their valuable insights, and new recommendations were developed for the upcoming chapter of the “Back to the Future 6” project.
