The ‘Back to the Future’ project aims to provide a protective and nurturing environment not only through learning classes, but also through extracurricular recreational activities which will enhance children’s well-being and provide safe spaces for learning and play.

Thus, a cultural heritage activity “Syria in Mind” was implemented to introduce Syrian children to Syria’s heritage. The activities enlarged the creative capacity of the children and helped them build social relationships in a safe, creative, educative, and fun environment.
