PHASE III – Summer program

Schools in Lebanon are also facing challenges to survive the multiple crises in the country.
To promote the learning recovery of students enrolled in the public schools, the BTF project implemented remedial classes over the summer of 2022 in 8 public schools under the umbrella of Ministry of Education and Higher Education summer school program.
The programs lasted from August 1st till September 8th , supporting 1,155 boys and girls in four main subjects (mathematics, science, Arabic and foreign language). Children also benefitted from recreational, sports, and social emotional activities, in addition to the transportation services provided by the project.
Back to the future is funded by the European Union in Lebanon, under Haqqi consortium (Save the Children Lebanon), in partnership with AVSI Middle East, Terre des hommes Italy in Lebanon and War Child Holland in Lebanon.
